My father was a mechanical engineer and it’s from him that I inherited the analytical approach and fascination with detail that have stood me in good stead in my business life, as well as manifesting in some of my artwork. I’m increasingly taking a ‘close up and personal’ approach to subjects, which are often everyday objects, as well as painting 'still life' arrangements.
